Beautifully styled room with 9 foot ceilings, bed with white throw pillows and comforter, black wall and brown leather sofa. Light wall that mimics window light is included. 1.5 hours of studio time in the Lifestyle Petite room. ***Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental*** Non-refundable, non-transferable. Business liability required otherwise a $25 fee may be assessed. If you leave room in disarray you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed. $75 fee will be charged if confetti/glitter is left on the floor. Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late. If you stay past your allotted end time you will have the following late fees: 1-30 minutes late: $45 31-60 minutes late: $75
