Service Description

1 hour of studio time in the warehouse room. ***Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental*** Non-refundable, non-transferable. Large warehouse space with 11 foot ceilings, bathroom, and garage door that lets in natural north light. Included - seamless paper in white, bone, and grey. $15 fee for full sweep/roll out of seamless on the floor (do not roll out past the purple taped lines on the floor). Cyc wall is $35/booking. If you leave room in disarray you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. Absolutely no confetti/glitter allowed in the studio. We will charge $75 fee if any is left on the floor. Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late. If you stay past your allotted end time you will have the following late fees: 1-30 minutes late: $45 31-60 minutes late: $75 Maximum 10 people in the group, including the photographer and crew. Additional charge of $5 per person over 10 required as well as a required $30 cleaning fee.
